COVID-19 : information on deliveries (in French)
La Poste (the French postal service) has suspended shippings to the following countries:
Our supplier is La Poste (the French postal service). The products are dispatched to the delivery address that was indicated in the purchase order. Delivery time is the one indicated by La Poste. This time does not consider the preparation time of your order.
If the purchased products are in stock, orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If the items are not in stock, a delay of up to 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) may apply before shipment.
The standard shipping method is the “Lettre Suivi” (tracked delivery), delivered without signature, up to 3 products in the same order. Orders of more than 3 products will be sent by “Colissimo suivi” with a tracking number (contact us for more information on Colissimo suivi prices at firstname.lastname@example.org ). If you want a shipment with signature upon delivery (“Lettre recommandée avec avis de reception”), an additional cost applies, please contact us as well). We will send you the tracking number of your package as soon as possible, so that you can track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders. You will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Particular care is taken with shipments. Products are carefully handled and packed; they are well protected so as not to suffer any damage during shipment.
In some cases, the shipping time can be stretched out (before holiday seasons like Christmas, COVID-19 crisis, etc.). Please be patient. In the event of a shipment delay of more than 30 days compared to the delivery time indicated, you may cancel your order (more information in the GTC article 8).
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are sorry but we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Delivery fees are free in metropolitan France for orders over 75,00 €.
In case of a refund or exchange, please contact us by email (email@example.com) with your name and order number.
You have up to 14 days after delivery to return at your expense the products that do not suit you (more information in the GTC article 11 and 12).
Custom made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your purchase must be returned in the original closed packaging in very good condition. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer’s responsibility.
We will only be able to process a refund once the item has arrived back with us.
